Salon Policies and Booking

  • Booking through Vagaro.com/celessteelenaturals

  • Children are only allowed in salon if they are being serviced.

  • A virtual consultation via text or email is required for new child clients under 7.

  • Detangle Policy: Please arrive with your hair detangled. Severely tangled/matted hair will consume the duration of your appointment and disrupt services. If I need to detangle your hair beyond normal servicing time there will be a $10 Detangle Fee for every 10 minutes of extra detangling required as it will cause the following appointment to start late.

  • Payment Policy: I prefer Cash, Cashapp, Zelle, or Vemno. I accept all major credit cards as well. Unfortunately, I can not accept personal checks.

  • Late Cancel / No Show Policy

  • A late cancel is any cancellation (online or by phone) that occurs less than 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation. Late cancels will result in your credit card on your account being charged 50% of the service you booked for.

  • A no show occurs if you do not cancel AND do not show up for your scheduled reservation. If you no show, you will be charged 100% of your service with the credit card that’s on your account.

  • Early Cancel: An early cancel is any cancellation that occurs more than 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation. To early cancel, go to your account that you used to schedule your appointment and select "reschedule" or "cancel". When you early cancel, you will not be charged.
